5star service, been a customer for yearssss, but what really did it was when I went to Jamaica and forgot my glasses, Maria emailed or faxed my prescription for me expeditiously

Customer Service is excellent. I remember the gentleman’s name is Reza, he went beyond the xtra mile in accomodating my young son when he learned that my son lost his eyeglasses, and he has school the next day. He showed compassion by making the lenses for him without prior appointment and they the clinic is about to close. Reza told him, “now u can see clearly ..” He even gave pieces of advice to my son to study hard & choose his friends wisely since we are new immigrants. Thanks Reza, all the best you & your clinic.

I found this Optical based on their good reviews and I walked in. I was surprised to find an amazing selection of glasses and sunglasses. They were able to make me a custom order of glasses within a few days. The customer service was great and they were very friendly. I have recommended Optical Trust to my family and friends and will continue to recommend them to everyone. I will be going back to order contact lenses too. Thank you Optical Trust!

I did not expect this store to be so big from just looking from outside! The selection of glasses is really great and the service is very helpful and patient. This is a great store for glasses and I recommend checking it out.

My overall experience was nothing but easy and satisfactory. There was a great variety of frames to choose from and I was able to purchase a pair of prescriptions alongside their friendly staff!

Recent experience of buying 2 pairs of frames with prescription glasses was excellent. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I recommend this store for others.
